Advice to ignore

Hmmm... hard question...

I have thought about this for a while and concluded that it is about raising children.
I come from a conservative environment, where children did , what they were told. A child will listen to the first word. There is no need for repetition. We were punished for doing wrong.
We were told that respect lies in discipline.
The best way, in my opinion, is to be a rebel.
And I was the rebel.

This advice I chose just to ignore.
In my world, children are brought up with positive actions, where there is no place for penalties.
And respect is nothing that should be required.
Respect should be earned.
Children can never get too much love.
Just too less.
